01 — How it works
You stay the owner
We become your tenant, on a normal lease, in the company's name. Everything that happens inside the unit after that is our responsibility and our cost.
We list and market it
Photography, listing copy, nightly pricing, and the calendar across the major booking platforms. Most units we lease already have furniture in place, so nothing needs to be bought.
We host and maintain
Guest screening, cleaning between every stay, restocking, and fast local response when something breaks. The unit gets looked at more often than a long-term rental ever would.
We pay the rent on time
Your rent comes in on schedule regardless of how the booking calendar looked that month. Vacancy is our problem to solve, not a line item you absorb.
